Floral green/blue/teal occasion wear dress

This dress has a halter neck and straight back. The sleeves are attached and can be warn pushed up by the elbow or down by the wrist.

I am 5ft and I’ve had the dress taken up to fit me. It just touches the floor when I’m in flats and skims the floor in heels.
